[dokuwiki] plugin system ante portas

Hi all!

I just pushed a new patch which implements syntax plugins. It's not complete 
yet (see patch description) but a small but dumb sample is already working.

I'd like to encourage all the DokuWiki hackers to have a look at the sample 
plugin and the comments in inc/plugins/syntax.php and give it a try. Would be 
great if you could try to implement your modifications as plugin and give 
feedback what works and what not.
