[dokuwiki] patch to configure location of acl.auth.php

Hi,
I raised this as a feature request previously to allow the location of acl.auth.php the be outside dokuwiki's conf area. I use unison to synchronise my dokuwiki between a laptop and a server copy including the acl lists.
I have taken the opportunity with the new release to start using darcs and provide a patch in that format (attached to the flyspray page at http://bugs.splitbrain.org/index.php?do=details&task_id=859) 

Hope this is the right way to go about it.
