I agree with Chris here. However, the landmark roles are still a Draft:

"This is an Editor's Draft of the Protocols and Formats Working Group.
It is not stable and may change at any time. Implementors should not
use this for anything other than experimental implementations."

I wouldn't consider DokuWiki a experimental implementation ;-)
