[dokuwiki] Re: page-aliases ?

Hi

That sounds like my autolink plugin (http://wiki.splitbrain.org/plugin:autolink) would do what you want. I am just finalizing a new version of it.

With this plugin you can build a page with keywords which you want to use as anchors to automatically generate links. The new version is capable of using several keywords to point to the same page. It should be ready later this week (or next...)

Hello,

i often use keywords like "XML" "HTML" "Javascript" and so on. For now my dokuwiki spreads over several namespaces. The keywords do have an own namespace also, like "admin:devel:javascript:index".

So what i'm looking for is a way to simply link those names, e.g. "[[Javascript]]", regardless of the real namespace/path to the main page. I can think of something like "[[alias:Javascript]]" or so. An link inside "alias" Namespace to the real page.

For now i can do this on filesystem-level by using symlinks, but it don't think this is very clever, because it's an hack.

Is there a more elegant way to do what i want ?
