I've been getting this for a couple months now, and I haven't spent
the time to track down the problem yet but here's what I know...

It seems that for some reason, Outlook is not decoding the
quoted-printable encoding correctly. Or the quoted-printable is
getting goofed up along the way somewhere.

This only seems to happen if the email goes through my Exchange
server. If I have DokuWiki send it to a Gmail address and then
download it into Outlook, it comes out fine. So maybe it's Exchange
that's goofing up the encoding somehow.

I think this started either when I enabled mb_string or when I
upgraded DokuWiki from 2006-03-09 to Darcs in mid-August.
