Well, first reply by myself:
Searching around I tried the nstoc plugin:
The problem here is, that it's not supposed to show only the last x pages of a 
namespace (doesn't
support looking up the date neither, thats more a typical blog feature I 
guess..I can deal with that
by adding the date to the title though.)

A basic to start with would be the changelog plugin as well, features the 
"recent" function, but not
specified for x recent articles/new entrys and not name space depending..

A mixture between these three sounds like a deal  :)

well, I better stop complaining, all of the plugins are great work, but for my 
needs I better start
learning some php..
