[dokuwiki] (not) printing update notifications

This applies to Dokuwiki 2006-11-06, so perhaps it's not an issue anymore.

I don't print often. When I did today, I found that I was also printing the
Dokuwiki update notification. So I've added .notify {display: none} to the
print CSS.

I thought you might want to consider adding that to the default print Style
Sheet.
