[dokuwiki] Re: no scc styling - any ideas why?

It is chmod to 777. as well as it's counterpart at
http://dg.lapas.info/wiki_naujas/lib/exe/css.php
which DOES NOT produce a server error, you DO get a stylesheet from
there. No result, though. They both give that error sometimes. Sometimes
even the whole wiki either the upgraded one or the new install) is not
available, as I get a similar server error...
Could I safely say that it is a server problem, or should I probe deeper?
