Here's the exact error message:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '*' in C:\apachefriends\xampp\htdocs\koko\inc\template.php on line 637

Hmm, to understand you correctly: You did get an error when pullingwith darcs, then you got the error message above in the browser when trying to run the Wiki?

If the above is correct, can you post the message you got from darcs on the pull?

I have a clean (no data or sidebar) Dokuwiki-install in a folder on the webserver, and this still works, although I also pulled the patches.

Okay that might help. See if there are any differences in inc/template.php between your two installations. If yes try to copy the one from the working install to the broken one.

Is it possible it has anything to do with the sidebar?

It shouldn't because templates should only modify their own files in their own template directory. But I don't know about the internals of the 3rd party templates so I can't say anything about them.

PS I apologize for when my post are difficult to understand, but it's also difficult for me to explain everything... Is the problem (in the last 2 post) explained well enough??

No need to apologize :-) I guess I now understood. As a rule of thumb: Always include exact error messages, where they occured and what you did when they occured then you are on the safe side ;-)
