[dokuwiki] new image detail feature

Hi!

I just pushed a new feature, which is a first step for #474. It adds a detail 
page for image files which shows some data extracted from EXIF and IPTC 
metadata. It's not complete yet and I could use some help there. The CSS isn't 
very good yet. Somehow I can't get that definition list working in the right 
div. I'd also like to have it work with external media (getting the data from 
the local cache file if any).

The next step is an editor in media.php for editing Title, Caption and Keywords.
