You need to click the plus + icons in front of the namespace to open
it. It works like in the media manager.
Clicking on the plus doesn't do anything... :( I believe it works fine for me in media manager unless something has changed in this version. I tried this in the stock DW from the repository without any changes. 


The other issue is more of aesthetics.  My template needs to enforce
a small width on my wiki site (around 600px).


Hmm I'll have a look at that.
