[dokuwiki] missing patches

Hi all!

I remember there were some patches some time ago which got not included because 
of a feature freeze. I remember a mail subscription feature for single pages 
and the option to change password and mail address for users. I'd like to 
include these patches now and it would be nice if authors could send them again 
as a current Darcs patch. If you remember other patches which I said I like to 
include but haven't please send them again, too.
