[dokuwiki] limiting the article previews in the search results page?

When I perform a search, the results page contains previews of each
search result. Is there a way that I can limit the number of lines in
these previews? I've gotten some search result lists where the
previews are 20-30 lines long. It makes the results really hard to
scan through.
