That would be the page to modify, except that you can't ;-) That page
got vandalized so often that it isn't editable anymore.


Fair enough :).  I have added the following lines to my own copy.
To see a footnote, click on the footnote number in the text. Clicking on the number of the footnote will return here.
Another way to see the footnote is to hover the pointer over the number. The footnote will then appear in a popup box.
