A query has been raised on the Roundbox template page about insitu
footnotes, correctly pointing out that they are not included in
design.css.
I have tried several different searches and I can find no information
about them. The only reference that I can find is that they are
included in the 2005-09-19 release. I am baffled. Am I missing
something blindingly obvious?
Is there information about them somewhere? If not can someone tell me
how they work.
Replying to my own query.
I have done some investigation and have found the answer. Quite simply
they pop up automatically when you hover over the footnote number in the
text.
Like I said, I can not find this information anywhere. I am willing to
add a line to the Formatting Syntax page on dokuwiki.org, but is this the
best place to put it? Is there somewhere better?
Also, is this the same page that gets included in the release? If I
change this page will it be included in the next release or is there
another page that needs to be changed for that?

The views expressed are mine alone,
unless, of course, you agree with me.
But then again, I could be wrong ...
