[dokuwiki] geocities.com, chat.ru blocked?

Hello!
In the default wordblock.conf, I see the following line:
https?:\/\/([^\/]*\.)?geocities\.com
It blocks all links to any site hosted at GeoCities as spam.
Also, there are block-rules for
https?:\/\/([^\/]*\.)?chat\.ru
https?:\/\/([^\/]*\.)?hotmail\.ru
https?:\/\/([^\/]*\.)?land\.ru
https?:\/\/([^\/]*\.)?newmail\.ru
https?:\/\/([^\/]*\.)?nm\.ru
which also are free webhosting providers.
I do not know anything about the following, but these seem to be free
web hosts as well:
https?:\/\/([^\/]*\.)?freehost\.ag
https?:\/\/([^\/]*\.)?freeweb-hosting\.com
https?:\/\/([^\/]*\.)?freewebs\.com
I think it is a bit wrong to block linking to large free webspace
providers. Perhaps there is some spam hosted on them, but also lots of
legitimate, interesting web sites from folks who, maybe, can't yet
afford their own web hosting, or do not want to pay for a small hobby
website.
The site which caused me to trip over the GeoCities block rule (and
examine the wordblock file more closely) is
http://www.geocities.com/easykanji/ . As you can see, it seems to be a
very useful website, not spam at all.
