[dokuwiki] external wiki indexing

Hello,

I've run in the following problem with our corporate wiki, when tried
to add its contents to the MS SharePoint search database:
DokuWiki has no way to publish all the pages, except the sitemap,
which is not supported by the SharePoints' crawler. It stops right
after the first page, if there's no links to other pages.

Dokuwiki assumes that all wiki pages are cross-linked, but it's
impossible to maintain this for the huge docs, especially migrated
from the several different sources.

Is it possible to make "?idx" action indexable, by adding some option to
the config?
The same goes to the _media contents, where we store all the project
documentation (.doc and .pdf files).

I've updated robots.txt and commented out meta headers, but it would
be nice to see any official solution.
