As far as I know they changed their webserver configuration and mount the whole project filesystem readonly on their webservers. This makes it impossible to use DokuWiki on their servers anymore. Sad but true.

I recommend to use one of the other hosting services like savannah or berlios instead (there servers are usually faster, too) or at least host the wiki there.
