[dokuwiki] create new page from plugin

hello all,

is it possible (i'm sure it is :) to create a new page in a plugin which
already has pre-filled text in the textarea (kind of like using a namespace
template bu with changing text)? i know icould use the xml-rpc server to
send a request to create a page with the content i want. there's also the
possibility to just link to a ?do=editpage with a namepsace and a title
already set, but i also need to pre-fill the content.

any ideas?
