[dokuwiki] create failed

Hello  everybody:
     I met with a problem when use the dokuwiki. can you help me ?
everytime I create a page, it shows "This topic does not exist yet", and in the top of IE it shows creating /cache/e failed and writing cache_stats.txt failed. 
    but I have changed the whole cache folder into 775 mode.
In fact, when I installed wiki, it also showed something can not be created or written, that time I do it by myself for the webserver. have you met with this kind of problem?
