[dokuwiki] config plugin: wrong value written

Hi,

I just want to state that the config plugin wrote a false value:
$conf['auth']['ldap']['debug'] = 'false';
instead of
$conf['auth']['ldap']['debug'] = false;

Maybe for the next release... ;-)
