Hi,

In my template directory, I have a symlink to the actual version of my
template so that I can have multiple DW versions that are using the
same template. If I change from using my template to say, the default
template, then I can't switch back to my template in the config
manager because it doesn't list symlinked templates. Is there a
reason for this, or is this a bug that I should add to
bugs.splitbrain.org..?
(I'm running an older version, 2008-05-13...)
Apache has a "FollowSymLinks" attribute for directories, check
http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.2/mod/core.html
If its turned off, it won't follow the symlink (as the name suggests:-)
Do you have access to the Apache configuration?
Actually, if it was turned off, why would DW have allowed the template
to be used in the first place? In other words, the template works BEFORE
you change from it to something else. It's just that you can't change
back to it from the configuration manager. I explicitly do set the
followsymlinks and it still doesn't work.
