[dokuwiki] Warning message if not logged in

When anyone opens our Wiki, they get a line across the top of the page that
says "Sorry, username or password was wrong." Is that the message they
should see when they haven't tried to log in, or is something configured
wrong? I'd think they'd see a less intimidating message.
