[dokuwiki] User group information from AD and a small bug

I have 2005-05-07 authenticating against AD but for whatever reason,
dokuwiki doesn't understand the user's group memberships in AD. 

I happen to be using a fairly recent version of auth_ldap.php which is
mentioned in the following thread:
http://www.freelists.org/archives/dokuwiki/05-2005/msg00202.html

Also, I notice that after I log in, the "Logged in as" information is
blank.
