[dokuwiki] User Registration Workflow

Hi all,

I have seen in the documentation how to allow or not user registration but I
have not seen nothing about having the possibility to "moderate" it.

I mean I would like people to be able to apply for registration on my wiki,
after that an administrator receives an email. After that he can accept or
refuse the registration.

Is this something possible currently ?
