[dokuwiki] Template & Updates

Hi,

I've just updated http://wiki.splitbrain.org/wiki:tpl:templates and added
my own template to the page (Dokuwiki Dark).

It's based on the default template, but with dark colours. Please feel
free to take a look and send me feedback on it, as well as any problems
you might spot.

In addition I made a number of improvements (in my view) to the default
template while creating this style, in effect making more colours
configurable in the style.ini. Full details are available at
http://wiki.martinsgill.co.uk/webapps/dokuwiki_theme.

How do I go about suggesting these changes for inclusion on the default
template? Should I try and figure out how to submit patches, (diff patches
I mean), or how are things done for dokuwiki?
