I'm sorry, but I don't understand what you mean exactly. The two buttons
are next to eachother, below the change list. Do you use your own template?
The position of the buttons is controlled by CSS in the file design.css. Maybe
you need to copy some CSS definitions to the design.css file of your template?
Please ask again if I got you wrong.
