[dokuwiki] State of metadata changes?

Hi!

I'd like to get some input on the current state of metadata handling
through the new metadata parser system.

Today I added a job to the indexer for creating missing meta files and
changed the p_get_first_header() function to make use of the new way -
works so far but can be improved.

I tried to summarize the things still needed at wiki:todo please
complete/clarify the list.
