I would also suggest a simple modification to your template. You didn't mention
which one you use, but I easily modified the "simple" template to actually
REMOVE the feature you seek, and developed a style guide (with ACL control) in
its stead. There (in the style guide), I provide samples for cut-n-paste, for
example.
