I haven't written a renderer plugin, but I assume they install in the
lib/plugins directory in the same manner as all other plugins.
re. your other message, publish it as a renderer plugin. I wouldn't
think there is any need to add it to the core. Keeping things out of
the core keeps DW small and nimble and coopts others to help in
maintenance :)
