I installed it and it works, but maybe a litte too well, even the person
who created the page is denied access ... :)
When a page with ~~UNDERCONSTRUCTION~~ is saved, both @ALL and the user
gets an ACL of 0 in acl.auth.php.
Maybe because we use Active Directory groups to set ACL's?
