Since the November release, I've been getting an odd number of "no
email" complaints, as well. I can't be sure its Dokuwiki as my Hosting
Provider is telling me its the receiving email servers, I don't know
what the issue is at this point. I'm looking into Spam filters and
things, but all my own testing addresses seem to work.

Speaking of spam, I've gotten a few users complaining about not being
able to login because they didn't get the mail with their new password.
Until I remind them to check junk mail folders, and they find it. I've
changed the wording of inc/lang/en/register.txt to remind users that the
mail might be filtered. I figured it would also help to give a different
message if you're not using autopasswd, so instead of 'register', either
'registerpwd' or 'registernopwd' is used.
