I'm not sure what to respond here since you neither provided the used ACL setup nor mentioned if there are any plugins/source changes involved. There is no known bug open and I can't rememeber if we ever fixed something like this, but I assume you already searched the bug tacker yourself. So ll I can say is, upgrade your wiki, check if the problem goes away, if not report a proper bug.
