[dokuwiki] Recent Changes to Spell Checker?

Hello there,

Has there been any changes to the spell checker recently?  I grabbed a
couple of devel versions (such as dokuwiki-2005-06-22.tgz) and on my
windows machine the spell checker no longer works properly, 

e.g. the following text

[[http://www.splitbrain.org/Programming/PHP/DokuWiki/showcase.php|Thumbn
ails]] of DokuWiki sites, so you can see how easy it is to change the
appaearance of DokuWiki nad see some of the ways it's being used

Becomes this ...
===== Showcase =====DokuWikic','Clink','Clix','Clicks')"
class="spell_error" id=appaearancer2">DokuWiki>nad
[[http://www.splitbrain.org/Programming/PHP/DokuWiki/showcase.php|Thumbn
ails]] of DokuWiki sites, so you can see how easy it is to change the
appaearance of DokuWiki nad see some of the ways it's being used

In addition, as soon as I exit spell check mode, the text in my edit box
disappears...  This happens with both IE and FF.  I tried the above
check on the splitbrain playground, and the text was corrected without
any problems.
