[dokuwiki] RSS feed url encoding

Using Thunderbird as an RSS reader, it would constantly duplicate
items after reading them if I set rss_linkto to 'diff'. If I set it to
'current', the problem disappears.

If I set it to 'diff' and apply the change found here
http://wiki.splitbrain.org/wiki:discussion:rss?s=rss#feed_of_diffs the
problem goes away.

This is probably a Thunderbird bug, but I can't change their source
code as easily. :) I am concerned about changing such a low level
function though. Do you have any other suggestions?
