As it happens, arctic already supports multiple styles, e.g. just
replacing the style.ini; they are on Chimeric's website. The reason I
created arctic_dark is that it needed a larger change than just the style.
For example it needed different background images for the buttons as the
light ones didn't look right on a dark colour scheme, new favicon etc.

If you want to look into it (maybe it's already happened in the last
couple of patches and I just missed it) find a way include the option of
alternate images in the style.ini. I think there may have been a couple of
other issues as well that meant I needed to create a separate template.
Which reminds me, I need to update it again at some point; too many things
to do, not enough time <sigh>.
