[dokuwiki] Plugins to be overhauled

Hi all

I plan a major update to my line of plugins. They will make use of new possiblities in the plugin framework getAllowedTypes(), accepts() and stylesheets. There are a few points I would like to ask what your opinion is and anncounce changes:

- I plan to change the markup of the include plugin to {{page>wiki:dokuwiki}}
- I plan to change the markup of the gravatar plugin to {{gravatar>esther@xxxxxxxxxxxxx|Esther Brunner}}
- I propose to bektek to also change the markup of the ISBN plugin to {{isbn>389691572X|Hauptsache Arbeit}}
... all of which in order to unify the syntax used by plugins including files.

- I plan to discontinue the smaller and the larger plugin. Instead I will write a BBCode plugin which allows [size=small]text[/size]. I'm not sure of whether to pack all BBCode syntax into one plugin or split it up into one for basic formatting simply mapping dokuwiki syntax modes, one for size and one for color. My goal is to be able to use full BBcode within DokuWiki and thus making it easy for people coming from forum softwares.

- I plan another plugin for use in combination of my Discussion Template: ~~NOCOMMENTS~~ (as suggested by someone in the wiki). The plugin will turn caching off for that specific page (unfortunately), because it needs to set a global variable every time the page is viewed. Maybe someone has a better solution to achieve this job?
