Good idea! While we are at it. I think we should add a
lib/plugins/[plugin]/lang/ folder similar to the inc/lang/ one. This way
plugins can bring their own translation files.

Hmm I will have a look at it but I think it could make sense to add this
to the default distribution and always enable it!?
