Maybe more confused now. In 2009-02-14 and current darcs pull someone
has changed the
substr($p_to,1,3)!=":\\" to substr($p_to,1,2)!=":\\"
this will not solve my problem in a Windows environment. I'm no expert
in path syntax on different platforms but
I suggest we change to
...substr($p_to,1,3)!=":\\"&&substr($p_to,1,2)!=":/"
