[dokuwiki] Plugin Repository Changes at wiki.splitbrain.org

Thanks to the great help by Chi and Anika, we now converted all plugin pages to use the new plugin meta info for the plugin repository. Every plugin developer is invited to check and update their plugin pages if needed.
While doing so we (or better Anika, because she did most of the work) did some restructuring as well. All manuals and tutorials where moved from the plugin namespace to the wiki:plugins namespace.
We also tried to make sure that the plugin description pages match the folder name the plugin uses. This may introduce a few problems as many plugins return the old page in their getInfo() method. We probably also missed a few plugins with "wrongly" named pages. If you wrote a plugin, please check your plugin and plugin page and change either to make sure plugin page, class and URL returned by getInfo do match.
