[dokuwiki] [PATCH] various Dokuwiki tests

Hi,
after some time of abstinence I did some tests with the latest devel
version. Here is my report:

1. The Installer
As I started Dokuwiki after a fresh install I got a "Dokuwiki Setup Error".
So far so good but I think it would be better to call the installer instead
of bothering the user with an error message and let him find out alone what
to do next. If the installer script was removed after the install procedure
have been successfully completed, this won't be any problem in the future.

The text on the right side won't follow the language settings. It is
always displayed in English. Is this intended or are there some
translations missing?

Beside this the installer worked as expected.

2. Media Dialogue
The media Dialogue did a big step forward. I like it. Nevertheless I
found some minor points to improve ;-) (see attached patches)

  - Error messages were displayed only in the upper left corner
    [media_msgarea.patch]
  - the upload form looks a bit shaky
    [media_uploadform.patch]

3. Input text areas
Especially in the configuration editor you could see that the 3D look
of the text fields is too dominant. It makes reading the input text
difficult, especially if background colours other than white are used.
I replaced the image with a less dominant one [inputshadow.patch].
