Michael, thanks and that's what I am looking for... but it's not being added.
All I get is:

I'm not sure what you mean, but there's the <dokuwiki>/conf/userstyle.css
which does exactly that (it get's added last, so every CSS in there overrides
previous CSS declarations) ...
