You gave a really valuable hint. When I remove the following line from
inc/template.php everything seems to work fine:
plugin_printCSSJS();
So we now have narrowed down the problem to one of the Plugin CSS or
Javascript files. I only have the following plugins installed: acl,
gallery, info, plugin, searchindex. gallery and searchindex are not
standard so I assume you don't have them.
I'll check the others tomorrow and try to find the troublemaker...
