Correct guess! I updated the namespace description page to explain this
somewhat better. Using a colon in URLs doesn't work on Windows so
DokuWiki falls back to the semicolon. You can't change this except with
the useslash option which I would recommend. Regardless of the charcter
used in the url (semicolon or slash) you can always use the colon in
your links.
