[dokuwiki] New release?

Hi guys,
the current devel version feels pretty stable to me and we didn't do a
release for quite some time. Before we start adding new stuff (or
changing the old) again, maybe we should do a release soon?
How about releasing a first RC next Friday (27th) and see how it goes.
Maybe we can do a release before the Zurich hackfest...
Any objections? Things that really need to be done before a release?
