[dokuwiki] New plugin : aclauditor

Hi everybody,
I completely forgot to send an email about it but I just released the
ACLAUDITOR plugin !
So what does it achieve ? It helps you to audit your ACL !
It allows to view user or group ACL, to view from which ACL rules is
build the permission for a user (or a group) to do something to a page.
It also allows you to describe your security requirements like "I want
joe to get edit permission on foo:bar, I want suzy to be unable to read
ns1:ns2:secret_page ..." and to run it like a test scenario. For each
rule that is not validated it will allow you to describe the permission
to find out which ACL record is messing the whole thing ...
You can of course save your test scenarios for further use ! Just
imagine being able to check the integrity of your ACL in a few seconds,
without having to check every single page or namespace through the
default acl plugin ...
