[dokuwiki] New plugin : DokuReflect

Hi,

I've just release a plugin that i use on my personnal wiki,
"DokuReflect", the purpose is to add reflection to all images in your
wiki which was included with the media-manager. It add a reflection to
all images which are from the class 'media', 'mediaright',
'mediacenter'. It use the script from
http://cow.neondragon.net/stuff/reflection/.
The reflection is done on the client side, and so will not surcharge
server. If client didn't use a recent browser, it ll just display
images without reflection.
