Well, there is still a global changelog which keeps the changes of the
last few days and is used for RSS feeds and the overall recent
changes, you'd probably need to do something there - but maybe adding
a "moved" entry would be enough.
That is how I was thinking of handling it. Leave the old changelog and
attic files alone, add a moved changelog line, and start a "new" page.
The new page would probably need to start with a moved from changelog
line for completeness. Maybe 'M' for moved and 'm' for moved from? See
