Could you include a 'help' button on the new toolbar? I have a little patch to
solve bug #40
(QuickSyntax Popup - http://bugs.splitbrain.org/?do=details&id=40) and I'll
need it. I'll send the
patch to you as soon as you release Dokuwiki with the new edit look.

Mmmm ... why don't you put the buttons as part of the 'default' template? You
could also do that
to the Dokuwiki's logo.
