I personally am a big fan of the cloud method coupled with tags. After seeing Gina's email that is works with tags I have added it. The problem I think was really mental for me. I have been a programmer for the past 15 years (C/C++, Java, and now C#) and thus I tend to organize in trees. This project is for my RPG game world. I intend to have a copy of doku wiki for each of my main world (Cyberpunk, Fantasy, Heavy Gear, Western, Fuzzy Animals, Wild Martial Arts, etc.). Then I will have a main page (like the main Wikipedia page) that allows you to select which one you want. I am currently transitioning my main fantasy game world as it has the most history. The problem I ran into is that I started with the following namespaces atlas characters lore rules It is basically a people, places, and things layout. Things were going well, but then I ran into issues about pages that could be under multiple namespaces. Say I was working up the Hamlet of Don - which falls under the atlas section. However Sir Giles lives in the Hamlet and he owes fealty to Lord Davide di Alleto. So, Sir Giles has a brief write-up in the atlas and then a full workup in the characters. However, when I try to link him to Lord Davide I have to remember if he is in the atlas or character namespace (since I might not have given Lord Davide a full workup). It seemed to be easier to simply just type [[Lord Davide di Alleto]].
